The service
The CNT Shipping Agent automates quoting and label creation for shipments requested on CellnTell's agent mailbox. It is available to CellnTell staff and approved correspondents for business shipping purposes.
Approval and payment
A label is purchased only after you reply with an explicit approval on the shipment thread. That approval authorizes a real charge to CellnTell's carrier account at the quoted price. If the carrier's price differs materially from the quote, the shipment pauses for review instead of purchasing. Quotes are time-limited and subject to carrier availability.
Accuracy of information
You are responsible for the accuracy of addresses, declared values, contents, weights, and customs information you provide. Carrier restrictions, surcharges, and service availability are controlled by the carriers, not by CNT or the agent.
Availability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Shipments may pause for review at any time, including when a carrier returns no rate or when something needs human attention. Paused shipments are not lost; they wait for follow-up on their thread.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CellnTell Distribution Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and its total liability arising from the service is limited to the amounts paid for the affected shipment. Carrier carriage terms govern the transportation itself.
