What this service is

The CNT Shipping Agent is an internal operations tool operated by CellnTell Distribution Inc. (“CNT”, “we”). It reads shipping requests sent to our agent mailbox, asks for missing details, obtains carrier rates, and creates shipping labels after an explicit approval reply.

What we collect

• Email content sent to or received on the agent mailbox, including sender name and address.
• Shipment details you provide: addresses, contact names, phone numbers, package contents, weights, dimensions, declared values.
• Carrier rates, quotes, label records, and tracking numbers generated for your shipments.
• Operational logs of processing steps (for example, which fields were read from a message).

Why we process it

Solely to operate the shipping workflow: quoting, booking, labeling, and tracking shipments requested on the agent mailbox. We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, build profiles, or transfer it for unrelated purposes.

Where it lives and who processes it

• Google Gmail API — reading the agent mailbox and sending replies as it.
• ShipStation — carrier rate quotes and label purchase.
• OpenRouter-served language models — extracting structured shipment fields from message text. Message content is sent to the model solely for this extraction.
• Vercel — application hosting. Supabase (Postgres) — database storage.

Gmail data

CNT's use of information received from the Gmail APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Access is limited to the agent mailbox account, not to any individual's personal mailbox.

Retention

Shipment records are kept while operationally useful and removable on request. Processed emails remain in the agent mailbox under Google's storage policies.
